Within this renovation, we transformed a 1920's property into a modern and sophisticated residence by expanding the living spaces into a bright, urban-resort style living. Complete with gold and white elements and design, this is timeless style, the property was able to increase its value significantly in the space of a few short months.
Sanctuary Green
For this piece of land, we split one (1) into ten (10) lot body corporate subdivision on a 12720m2 lot zoned LDR located within Brisbane City Council. The house is being demolished to allow for the 10 lots and retained vegetation under a body corporate structure.
